She builds community in her carefully planned classes with plenty of room for individual needs. She pampers you with her gorgeous food, served at each class. This class provides a foundation for many aspects such as cooking with local wild food and finding their secret locations on hikes, to plant identification, herbal therapeutics and medicine making.
